Year-round, you'll get 30 days from delivery to return your BodyLief watch.*

You can select different options:

  • Refund
  • Exchange

All items must be received in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery with no scratches, no wear and tear, no missing manual, and no missing accessories to be eligible for refund or exchange.

Exchanges
Exchanges will receive an equivalent product or store credit. 

Refunds
  • Once your return has been received by the warehouse, and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method minus a $7 return shipping fee.
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

BodyLief, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories.

*All sales are FINAL on clearance items.

*During the holidays, BodyLief extends the return policy. Any watch bought between November 14 and December 25 of this year may be returned until January 25th.
